| MINI2 Newbie | 18 inch tire and wheel question I read the FAQ and got these specs The bolt pattern is 4x100mm. The centerbore is 56.1mm. But my question is will 18 inch rota subzeros fit on the my mini S? They are 4x100 but not sure of the centerbore. I can prob get hub centric rings. I did not see them on the list so I just want to make sure. I have an oportunity to get them really cheap. They have an offset of 40 so will this cause any problems or not clear certain things? What size tires are people running on 18's? TIA |

| Addict | I don't claim to be an expert on wheels, but the 40mm offset should work. I really trust Tirerack, and here (http://www.minicooperonline.com/modu...c&topic=2136&0) is a list of the 18" wheels that Tirerack sells and guarentees will fit a MINI (even a lowered MINI I think). Since there are several 40mm offset as well as both larger and smaller, I think the 40mm should do just fine! As far as tires, i'm running 215/35/18 Pirelli PZero Neros. Whatever. |
