Wheels are about 25lbs each plus tyres, quiet heavy I agree but wow they look awsome, tramlining no more than standard, I am running pirelli 7000 much more grippy than runflats so on the whole very very happy.

Nice ride. Those Hartge rims are the only other rims I considered but I did not want to go with 18" rims. The Roads here are just not smooth enough but ........ they are cetainly nice looking.

Peace Out

I assure you in my honest opinion the ride is no different from the 17inch S spokes and the pictures dont do them any favours as far as looks are concerned.

They aren't HArtge wheels, but these are THE best wheels that I have seen on the MCS yet.... and they look 5 times better 'in the flesh' than this photo does justice for...

Good to know Rasp. This winter when I put my s lites & run flats back on I again see if I can tell the differance. Right now I feel my new tire and Rim combination give me the grip I need willout being too firm but also give my "S" a cool look.

Peace Out

i have had the 17x8 hamanns and my friend had the 18x8 hamanns........we both concluded that the hamanns (heavy) wheels tramline alot, retarded pickup & alot of understeer....

if you go for looks, get them....if not, get something less bulky....imho....
