I'm running OZ Superleggera 18 inch with P7000's and after experimenting with different pressures find 34 psi seems to work well

I was wondering the same with my 215/45-17 pirelli pzero rossos. I drive solo, light and wicked fast. Found the tire folks had filled them past 40. Now I liked it just fine - and tire tread benefits - so I've been told, but that seems a bit alarming on a car that claims 38psi at max load. Anty suggestions? I always appreciate the wherefors.

In theory you should just run the recommended pressure even for upgraded wheels! But it's down to pesonal preferrence, use mini's recommended pressure first and experiment from there. I'm running 215/35/18 toyo's on mine and find that 32 psi front and rear is a good compromise -it turns in extremely quick but is still very drivable on the throttle round the bends.

Whats the ride like with the eibachs BTW, I'm planning on getting a set fitted in a few weeks, is it much worse than stock?

Well i went straight from the runflats to the new wheels and suspension and the rides better now even after being lowered due to the crappy runflats making a harsh ride. I only drove the car briefly from my home to the suspension place with just my 18's on and normal sports plus suspension, but after it had been done i didnt notice any real difference in ride quality, only that it looked 20x better, there was a large reduction in body roll and the fact that it sticks to the road like **** to a blanket now! I would definatly do it all the same again if i had too. no regrets at all.

Cheers for that Fullopo, just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to kill the ride in my baby.
