Just been reading this weeks Auto Car (19th of August) and a fellow mini driver has complained that only BMW stock the run flats and charge £250 a corner, and when asked if he could run standard tyres he was told that they didnt fit!!! Is this true?? What experiences have any of you lot had with buying tyres??

It's not true and there are a lot of people on this website who have changed their run-flats for 'normal' tyres when using the same rims.
