Blue Cooper New Tire Help!!!!

I am going to replace the run flats with Yokahama AVS ES100 205/45/17 on the stock 17" wheels on my MCS. I am thinking that I will experience a more compliant ride and better handling. Am I wrong in this assumption or is this what is going to happen?
Is there any problem mounting these tires on the stock rims that currently have the run flats?

Can't comment on the ride and handling personally but I know of several people who have them on the MINI 17" S-spoke stock wheels and they love them so definitely no problem mounting them on those wheels and I think you'll like the ride and handling.
