17" S Spokes (Replicas)!!!!!

just found these on the Cool New website, does anyone have these:

http://www.coolnew.co.uk/product_det...id=295&type=14

They look fairly similar to the S-Spokes and would save youa few ££££

Would anyone have any more information about these wheels?

Whats your opinion MINI2'ers

'Available in 15", 16" and 17"' - COR BLIMEY!!!!!

Just what we have been waiting for - S-Spokes in different sizes

The prices listed, how reasonable are they to you Brits? ie. do you consider them a good price, or on the high side?

If they're light and strong (we can dream for a while), the 16" version could be the answer to many people's prayers!

Today I was quoted £130 for a single Rim 17" S-Spoke at BMW/MINI where as the Replica wheels are £90.50 for the 17" seems v-good value

just have to wait and find out the weight etc

Paul, can you also see if you can get the following information from CoolNew:

1] Are the offsets on the wheels correct for the MINI?

2] Do they have distributors in the USA and Canada? If so, who are they?

3] If not, are they interested in selling their wheels in North America? (I would try to see if a local tire store might be willing to pick up this line - ie. 1010tires.com has their main warehouse 5 minutes away from where I work!!)

Thanks
