16" Runflats Need Replacing!!! Which Ones?

I've done 13,000 miles on my Goodyear NCT5's and my front are about done with there work, so need to swap the rubber for new ones. But wanted advice about which brand its the best, as the Goodyears seem to be really hard and twitchy.

Also wanted to know if I could put larger 205/50 tyres on my 16" rims? Instead of the 195/55 which are currently on them.

Not quite sure how the tyre / rim thing works.

I have to replace mine as well. For whatever help it is to you my original ones were Dunlop 3000s and they lasted 26,000 miles.
