Some internet searches I did for "Advanti Racing" turned up links to "ADR" wheels. It turns out they are two different companies:

You might want to email YHI International to ask if there is a distributor in the UK.

I've read somewhere that the company is also know as Advanti Racing. Don't take my word for it.

Oh btw Miniac those OZ SuperL III cost £1650! For 18x8 without tyres IIRC

I think these guys distribute ADR wheels and associated companies
