Is it on the after market wheels for the mini cooper to mont 195/50/R15 without any problem cause for the dealer it is possible that the tires will touch.

Welcome to MINI2

A 195/50-15 tire is not appropriate for street driving because it will make your speedometer inaccurate. It will also reduce your ground clearance, something you don't want to do when driving in snow
