Offline | Does anyone know if it is possible to order the standard cooper 7 hole alloys with the Pepper Pack? This seems to be what all the press cars were. My Dealer has been informed all August builds must have either a Pepper or Chilli Pack, and the Pepper pack only comes wih 8 spole alloys. I think the 8 spoke fake Miniltes look awful. More like cheap plastic wheel trims than an upgrade alloy option. I'm about to place my order tomorrow - help. I'm going for the Silk Green Cooper with Black roof, A/C, sports seats, alarm, leather wheel and ASC. Bumps the price up to £13,300 - ouch! |

Offline | According to the UK Options List, the 7-hole 15" alloys are standard equipment on the MINI Cooper and the 8-spoke 15" alloys are a 'no cost' option. Since they are of "equal value" I don't see why you shouldn't be able to order the 'Pepper' package with those terrible looking Minilite replicas deleted. Your dealer should be able to tell you if you can do this or not. The 'Pepper" package is not very attractive ... but then maybe that's BMW's ploy to get more people to order the 'Chili' package. You're getting sport seats and ASC+T but not sport suspension plus :? |

Offline | I have not gone for the Sport Plus suspension since I have read that the end result is pretty harsh and more understeery on the limit. I drive down some really "choppy" roads if I take the "interesting" route to work and I think my breakfast would re-emerge if I had the extra stiff set-up. I'd like to test drive both versions, but can't wait that long. |
