| replacing runflats question ??? I have read the reviews on recommended tyres for my cooper with 16" wheels. I thought I would call the dealer to see what prices they could offer and what non-runflats I could put on including any 205's that might fit. He said he would call their outsourced tyre fitter and get back to me. The message he came back with was confusing. He said that he advised that I did not change to a non-runflat tyre. Moreover that their fitter would not fit any other tyre than the OEM tyre ??? Also that there might be warranty implications if I did fit any "non standard" tyre.  I have since come around to fitting some new dunlops which I intend to buy from coolnewmini, but wondered what any of you think of the "advice" Cheers  CHILLI RED, CHILLI PACK, MAGNEX & PIPERCROSS BAGS OF FUN   gone now but not forgotten, an s next time ?  |
