problem with run flats

finally found out why my brand new mini was losing pressure in one of the tires: incorrect placement of the wheel weight.

it started within the first 100 miles. wondering how this could happen on a brand new car and if anybody else has had this problem?

Where was the wheel weight? I don't understand how a wheel weight could cause loss of pressure.

As for why it happens to a new car -- they are built by people or machines controlled by people and people make mistakes sometimes. Hopefully your dealer will fix your problem and you'll be on your way.
