17x7 ET40 with 205/45's and lowered, any rubbing?

New rims going on soon. 7x17 ET40 with 205/45's. Have lowered on eibachs, 30-40mm. I am hoping this set up will not cause me any rubbing. Does any one else have similar set up? Problem free?

Ok, nobody knows?? I have made some rough calculations and from what I gather the tyre sidewall will protrude out an extra 15mm (10mm extra for offset and extra 5mm for width of tyre), therefore becoming increasingly closer to wheel arch. If the tyre is shaped curved (like it is now) rather than square (if that makes sense), plus the fact that I will also be losing a few mm in overall diameter so will be marginally lower beneath the wheel arch. All this considered, then I don't think I will have a problem, especially at the front. It is the rear that concerns me more. Any clarification of this would be gratefully received, and confirmation if I am on the right lines here, cause this is rather technical for me! If not, I guess it will be just a case of try it and see, and hope for the best!!

we`ve got 215-45`s on Fox 3 17" alloys on a standard MC and they occasionaly rub on the rears when there are passengers in. Its not bad but I`d go for 205`s rather than 215`s next time . Not a lot of help i know but I wonder if anybody else has the same problem with 215`s?

Thanks you 2. I think i'd be ok with the 205's.
