Severe tire vibration, Aftermarket Wheels

I recently purchased a new set of aftermarket wheels, and put a new set of Kumho 712 tires on them. I put them on the car, and couldn't drive it. The vibration was so bad you could feel it at 10 MPH. I raised the car, and every wheel and tire was out of round. I did some checking, and ordered a set of hub centric spacer rings. It centers the wheel on the hub instead of the wheel bolts. This cured all vibration without even rebalancing the wheels. I posted this for information if any one else has a problem like this. The cheapest place I found for these rings was ebay.

I hope you bought metallic hubcentric rings instead of the plastic or fiber type.
I had wheel centering issues still with the plastic ones so I bought a set of the
metallic rings from Discount Tire Direct ($15/set) and that cured it completely.
