England Advice before I order (Wheel size and tyre offset)

Can someone advise me whether the wheel size and tyre size I have selected is OK.

I'm fairly certain it will be OK, but you know how it is, I'm about to commit myself to spending £952 on wheels and tyres and I'd rather not get it wrong

Compomotive MO Competition - White 16x7 - Is the width of the wheel OK?, would I get away with 16x7.5 or even 16x8?

mine are the 8' wide ones but thats the smallest they do in 18's

16 or 17 inch are the five spokes and you prob need only 7 or 71/2 wide, this is mostly dependent on the tyre you want to use 215/40/16 (is this what most folk are running in the wheel and tyre gallery? go check.....)

Most important issue is offset esp on a MINI and when you get 7 1/2 or 8 inch wide rims...

Check out MINIACS good work in the WAT data to check offsets.

Personally I would choose a better tyre too , maybe Goodyear F1???

Let us know what u decide
