Rear wheel alignment question

Can the rear wheels be aligned properly, after lowering the car, without adjustable camber links?

You can adjust the toe with just the standard parts. BUT If you wanted to change the camber however on the rear wheels then you would have to get adjustable control arms. This is mainly because both of these are adjusted via a different part.
