United-Kingdom Tread depth on new Pireili 205/45 x 17 run flat

Does anyone know what the tread depth is on a brand new Pireili 205/45 x 17 run flat tyre when you first buy it

South Africa Thread Depth

I think mine were about 7.5mm deep. I remember thinking that they weren't the 8mm deep that most other tires are.

John

Yeah, still on Euphori@ runflats. I put them on about a month ago in a bit of a hurry. Pirelli SA ran out of stock and had a 6 week lead time, and I couldn't wait, as mine where already finished and I didn't want to take any chances with insurance etc. I found some and immediately bought them, without looking around. Whilst at the fitment centre I asked if they could offer me anything else, but they only ones they had in 205/45 R17 were Dunlop, Euphori@, and P Zero's for a Porsche that would have been twice the price.
