well i got it done today thanks to wollastons.

all i'm going to say is wow, i was'nt expecting much, and on the way home it was noisier . but it was'nt till my journey tonight when i really noticed, the map had adapted to the car and now it is likea different car. it pulls so hard in the gears and i am amazed how much better it is. so i am off to AMD in a couple of weeks to get it RR'd again to check what the BHP is now, it was 193bhp standard so with the JCW kit it must be nearer to 210-215 bhp

when remapping the engine, do you have to declare this to the insurance company as a modification?

YES - often as a % increase in horsepower. If you get JCW stage 1, you should also declare changes to exhaust and intake too.
