Berry Chiswick low purchase price

I'm very disappointed in Berry Chiswick, where I bought and serviced my Mini Cooper. When I decided to sell it (with no part exchange) they offered me 8,000 and no more. They admitted they would sell it for 11,000 - a 3,000 margin!

I contacted WeBuyAnyCar and they offered 9,300. The dealerships at Cooper Thames Ditton and Stephen James Ruxley (whom I sold to) offered 9,300 and 9,500. What conclusion can I draw about Berry Chiswick? Would you do business with them?

If you ask three people what a car is worth you will never get the same answer. Do business with the dealership that works to your best advantage. That doesn't necessarily mean price. It might be such things as convenience of location, how you're treated otherwise, quality of their service dept, etc.
