Mini Class Action Lawsuit

I bought my mini in 2009/10 in connecticut and am trying to figure out if there is any class action lawsuit being filed against transmission failure? I recently was informed of the suit in California but it appears that its for vehicles from 2001-2006. Does anyone know if there is a suit I can join? Note my transmission failed after less than 10k miles and am an experienced stick shift driver who has never had an issue. Mini blamed it on me and charged me a fortune to fix.
