Question False Boot Floor

Has anyone any experience of building a false floor (MDF with carpet matched cover)in the boot for housing ICE components? I'm thinking of having a go myself and wondered if there were and instructions, diagrams for size. The floor would only have to be high enough to house an amp for a subwoofer and maybe some neon to light the amp.
Thanks in advance

I need new excuses to go for a drive !

It is roughtly 4.75" high to sit flush with leading edge where the boot door attaches. The rear area of the boot (just in front of backseats) is slightly raised, so you'll want to notch out the rear corners of the support tray to sit level. If you have any questions, feel free to drop a line anytime.

I have heard when building a false floor that you need to add fans to keep the amp cool. These should be available from your local ICE store, however my brother has a false floor and did'nt bother and no problems yet
