New Cooper D worried about mods affecting Warranty

Hi to you all, I will be picking up a Cooper D on March 1st, this is replacing a JCW. (Yes I know it sounds backwards but Im impressed with zero car tax and 100% write off in the first year)

Due to my experiences with my JCW (normal tyres and suspension, not sports susp!) I had always wanted to consider the Koni FSD shock absorbers. As this car is new has anyone had any experiences with the dealer throwing a wobbly when they see these fitted?

I also want to spruce things up a bit and get Superchips to remap the ECU, again has anyone had a dealer reaction to this?
