Running rough

I have just bought a 2006 Mini Cooper S, it's running rough, like on 3 cylinders. It had 2 fault codes =p1109 and p0341, tech told me it was probably cam sensor, I have just replaced cam sensor with genuine part but the problem is still there, still showing fault code = po341. Any ideas what to check next?

Did you clear the codes after fitting the part?

Garage
Check your Crank shaft position sensor and its wiring as both the Cam and Crank position sensors give a P0341 . P1109 is your MAP and or TMAP sensor.
