Damaged 2007 1.6 Cooper cylinder head (not S)

I started a thread regarding the crank pulley on my engine slipping and this meaning that the crank was turning but not the timing chain.

Compression test showed v poor compression on cylinders 2 & 3 and so I pulled the head.

And dropped it

(F*cking tennis elbow).

Anyway this is the damage caused.

You can see the casting has snapped under the right-most inlet port.

What are the options ? I can't repair this so I'm taking it to be assessed by somebody who possibly can.

But by the time I've paid for this repair (and I'll still have to swap out the bent valves) it might be cheaper to get a second-hand head. Most of the ones I have seen are Cooper S though.

I have seen a N12 1.4 head for sale complete with all ancillaries (valves, cams, vanos assemblies vacuum pump) is this compatible ?

Thanks in advance.
