Unhappy JCW turbo oil feed

It's worth checking your turbo oil feed pipe for leaks when you get a minute.
Mine had a smell of burning oil when warm so I had a look around yesterday. I pulled off the clip on heat shield and could see the pipe was leaking and the banjo loose on the pipe. I started up the engine and the oil poured out.

On a plus point I found the leak before it killed my turbo and despite what people say you do not have to remove the front end of the car, the turbo or the manifold to get the pipe off. Just remove the heat shields and the cat. Took me about 2.5 hours to get the pipe off.

Hi Woe2

Just completed this yesterday on my wifes JCW. Reasonably easy to perform if anything seriously fiddely and annoying.

Certainly a worthwhile job to get done before its too late!!
