Centre Caps Replacement

Bought a new set of genuine centre caps to replace mine, as they're a little worn. 2013 Cooper SD, 17"s.

Biggest idiot question of the week - any tips on how to get them out?

They're like stickers, not the whole plastic fitment. I noticed there's a plastic surround on the wheels, and they kind of fit inside there.

Been searching everywhere, can't seem to find an answer!

Any ideas?

Take each wheel off in turn & poke it with a stick from the other side?

Was hoping there was a way of doing it without removing the wheels?

Can you tell me what size caps you bought? What wheels do you have? A pic would help
