Brake judder!!l

Probably a “noob” question

I had my brake pads and discs changed due to brake judder, then a month later the judder came back and the garage swapped the discs under warranty. Now 3 months later the judder seems to be starting again...before I go to the garage again just wondering if anyone can give any tips as to why this could be happening. I wore the new pads and discs in properly each time!

i would have the surfaces the discs go on to checked for rust or dirt or maybe warped,, ie dial gauge and rotate them, steel discs can have a habit of getting very hot and when cool with brake pads touching can also change the make up of the metal ie distort the discs, also a worn out brake caliper that holds on a bit will generate heat more and will also give some noises most of the time,
i had a new 3 series bmw back in 2004 and i drove it very hard and that i could ruin brake discs within a few months if i over used brakes ie pushed it past a certain limit,, i ended up replacing the discs and pads with AP RACING and never had the problem again, i believe that AP racing heat treated them before and after machining the faces on them and were drilled and grooved and the pads were a compound that just stopped the car so much better faster,

added point should always let brakes cool down a tad before stopping if been driving them hard

We had that on our convertible, new brakes at the front and had one set of disks replace as the garage thought they had warped, then the new set did the same (car since traded-in).
What I thought it might be, as you could sometime feel it, was perhaps a sticking piston if that's possible. as the wobble would start when you pressed the pedal and then almost disappear. Also, it would sometimes "stick" on when I released the handbrake. I know it was from the from the front due to the way the car pitched slightly when this happened.
