I am not aware of any specifications as yet, called in at dealers for a chat to which on speculation he's started the waiting list with a refundable deposit, at worst I get my money back.;)

You really are Justins best freind.

See you Monday.
Nice down to earth guy to deal with but i'm sure when the cabriolet is confirmed the deposit will become non-refundable. Does anyone actually know if the cabriolet will go into production or not.
The most reliable sources (some of the same sources that told me about almost all the early faults to look out for (wish I could go back in time and publish those scoops) and the Cooper S launch dates world wide, not to mention diesel production information and lots of other tid-bits) say the convertible will come out in 2004.

:)
Any Idea's if its going to be a Roadster or a 4 seater?
2+2 I think will be the closest description from what I have heard.

I.e. really only a two seater, but with a smaller rear area, but many people say the current MINI is a 2+2 already!

:)

hope your right Paul with the 2+2, the roadster pics look great but not that practical for me, need the extra 2 seats however small they are.
