Hi,
Just bought a mini cooper 2001 plate and I'm loving it. It does however have a major issue. When using the key in the driver door, I can unlock all doors and the boot however when I lock it, it only locks the driver side door. What makes this stranger is inside the car, if I use the lock/unlock switch it will unlock the doors but it won't lock them. There is no noise no nothing really. I'm a bit confused as I've tested fuses etc.

Any help would be much appreciated!

The central locking motor in the passengers door needs replacing, not a biggie nor rare issue.

So is that why the boot doesn't lock neither then? If so that's a bit strange ha!

Sorry, didn't mean anything by it I was just asking a question of could that still be the issue? If so that's pretty strange but would make sense? That's all I was asking
