Hello,

I’ve recently bought a 2005 Mini Cooper. It’s in great condition cosmetically, however unfortunately it has some damage to the rear bumper black plastic trim - the lower section that has the cutout for the exhaust. By the looks of it a previous owner has attempted to fit a central-exit exhaust, and quite crudely made a cutout in the middle of the black plastic but for whatever reason never completed it. The issue is that I can’t tell how to remove the trim from the rest of the bumper to replace it. You can find it for sale separately on eBay so I’m pretty confident it comes off, but aside from a few screws underneath that don’t seem to make it any looser I can’t get it off.

So, if anybody knows how it comes off without having to replace the whole bumper that would be a big help!
