2005 Mini One Headlights

Hi can anyone please advise if the headlights on a 2005 Mini One have a switch inside the headlight that can change the beam so the the car can be used permanently in Europe without having to change the whole headlight unit.
I have seen on You Tube that it can be done on later models. Thanks
