2007 Mini Cooper s r56 gearbox oil

Hi
I’m going to change my gearbox oil on my 2007 r56 cooper s with a manual gearbox, can anyone advise how I actually do it, some say to fill it up while the engines running some say just fill it until it comes out of the fill hole and that’s it ???? Thank you ☺

You only need to have the engine running with the Autotragic Minis..

Just pump the new fluid in until it starts to trickle out of the fill hole, and ya done! ;)
