I’ve just bought a 2009 Cooper and noticed there was no air con on the test drive. Assuming it just needed recharged I paid the man and left. However it was recharged and held pressure but still no AC! On inspection the electric cable was missing from the compressor. I have tried to hunt around as best I could and also checked diagrams of looms but it’s hard to identify.

Does anyone know where the cable comes from? I’m not sure why it was disconnected, I guess il find out when I plug it back in......if I find it.
