Help! Trying to clear a CC-ID 132 error … my left side drivers / fog light down in the bumper won’t switch off and keeps running the battery down. I pulled the fuse for the right side lights and it goes off? But obviously my right side lights are out now. Pulling and replacing the fuse every time I want to use it isn’t very practical! Is it a bad bulb in the right side driving light? Something more sinister? Nothings really changed it just randomly started today.

Is your footwell module wet, or does it have green crusties somewhere - I do not have the wiring diag with me, but both of the fogs are fed from there (I think!!!)

Cheers for the reply, where does the footwell module live? It could have gotten wet as he was out in a storm Monday night and the left side door seal leaks
It lives down on the left hand side of the footwell - will see if I can find a picture

Mini will issue recalls for water in the foot well, short circuiting the ECU
Check with your local Mini dealership to see if you're included in the recall
Or if a US , check the NTSB web site
For recalls, mini cooper
If you have a sunroof, it is a manufacturers defect
The sunroof, right side drain hose/ pipe leaks into foot well, shorting ECU
Anyone who has had this problem and paid for repairs, prior to recalls. Should check to see if your Mini qualifies
