It's a long time since the clocks changed so I should probably get round to changing mine.

It's a 54 cooper S.

I can't be bothered to read the manual - how d'ya do it?

From memory, just hold down the button on speedo untill time starts flashing. Then tap button untill desired hour leave for a few secs and it will jump to minutes tap again then leave untill it goes back to normal.......

Did I mention its from memory... :rolleyes:

Tried that and it just reset a trip counter or something.

I think I'll have to RTFM. :(

Turn the ignition on to one.

display the clock

press the trip button for approx 5 seconds

the clock will then show 24hr/12hr for approx 5 sec

the hour will then show. press the trip to set the time

then leave for 5 seconds

the seconds will the show leave for 5 seconds

and hey presto all done!

Ahhhhh I wasn't waiting 5 secs after the 12/24 selector.

there was nothing wrong with the two buttons on the old clock. why'd they have to fix it when it wasn't broken!? grr.
