Aero kit fender flare replacements?

Looking for some guidance on where I can buy a replacement fender flare for the front passenger side. The one that is attached to the hood. Mine broke and is gone and I can't seem to find a replacement that fits. I have the jcw style aero kit and the flares I've purchased dont line up with the front bumper. They are not wide enough in the front. Does anyone know where I can purchase a replacement? Its an 04 cooper s
