I have a 2011 mini s countryman all4. The ac has stopped working. I have checked both fuses in the block in cabin, and checked and cleaned the connector to the compressor. The low side pressure was at 150 psi which I know is high because the compressor is not engaging. I'm thinking it may be the magnetic compressor clutch. I wanted to get some feedback on whether or not there is anything else I need to check before I start replacing parts.

honestly the best money you can spend is to take to a specialist where it gets plugged in and checked for leaks and dye added to find leaks etc, and also the correct mix of refrigerant and lubrication is added,, you will need to drain the system down to replace anything that can leak out in to the atmosphere,, ie a legal requirement
