Hi All,

I'm new to mini and the forum,
looking for any advice/help, i have a recently bought per-owned mini, 2014 Cooper D 1.5 3 cyl , 17ooo miles. when my wife was driving home the other night, all the lights suddenly switched off. she had the lights on the AUTO setting. luckily she quickly managed to switch over to manual and continue. when she turned off main road into village she again went back to auto, and everything seemed OK. she says something similar happened before. I am working away and will be home in a few days, so trying to investigate remotely before i get home for a few days......any comment appreciated...

For your wife's safety please suggest that she not use the auto setting until you've had a chance to check it out.
It may simply be set to too sensitive a level.

Now lights go off when radio turned on. Luckily lights seem ok on manual settings ?
