PawKul.YES. It's very easy. Order the larger (cooper S) discs (294mm) and pads. I went for Pagid "vented drilled".
The only thing you needs changing to accommodate the larger disc is the caliper carrier. I bought Carriers from ebay, they ARE NOT handed. The caliper remains the same and there is no need to remove or bleeding required. I used my original chrome pad slides. Braking is improved contrary to what others say.
