It's all the same. The xenons have the headlight washers built in them but all fits in the same opening. Go for it.

Bonnet Replacement.
I have a 2006 S and I was wondering what is the major difference between the Xenon bonnet and Non-Xenon bonnet? My father hit a deer in my Mini and I've been looking for replacement parts and I'm not sure what the major difference is. I have found a rather cheap bonnet with the same year and color off an S but it has the normal headlights and I have the xenon HID lights. Would that fit or would I need the xenon version?
