been sorting a mini clubman cooper d with psa engine ie fitted new turbo and oil feed pipe, customer source parts refurd garret turbo done by a good company so removed the front crash section and head lights and etc and just pulled front off enough to get at the oil banjo bolt behind the dpf filter hence the reason for such a pull apart as the oil feed pipe is a must replace item when changing a turbo as is sump down and clean out and fresh out and filter etc, so all this was all done put back together once back together i always leave idling for a hour let it all warm up slowly,, hmmm that when we found the problem the oil feed pipe ie brand new one after market was leaking on top banjo so after a few tests proved it was within the flexi joint part and basically the pipe is rubbish,, one point here it never started to leak right away took 15 minutes or more lucky i always bench test such jobs for a hour after fitting etc,, so no damage caused lucky,,, so the we try's minibmw for genuine pipe £80 ish, then we went to vospers who are ford Peugeot Citroen mini in fact they do most brands and asked for price for pipe off a ford focus 1.6hdi ie same part same engines £106,,, hmmm i then asked hom to search under Peugeot 207 hdi this was same part same parts guy etc £63 and best bit was on the shelf, where he told us before the ford one was not in stock hmmmm same part made same factory,, this all proves what i have said all along that buying Peugeot parts is sometimes cheaper than min brand,,, also i would say buyer beware of cheap oil feed pipes unless from a good motor factors maybe, if that pipe had failed totally on way home he would of been looking at a new engine,
