Car not unlocking

Hi everyone I have recently bought a mini that's in need of some work I've come across problem where that I can lock the car with the fob but it won't unlocked I can hear it the motor trying to unlock but as to no luck has anyone for some advice for me please thank you

Hi Steve,

Funnily enough you’re the second person to ask about this problem today 😄 It’s the door actuator, typically you can lock it from the fob but have to unlock it manually. Which side is it on?

its both doors I can hear it trying to unlock but it does pop up the boot is fine tho
