My 2005 Auto (CVT) Mini Cooper, requires a new gear shift lever ( part number 25167513244 ).
Apparently, it is fitted from underneath the car and heatshields and an exhaust are in the way.
Has anyone tackled this job and can advise a DIY time, or how long a garage might take.
I'm thinking of doing the job myself bit don't want to take on more than I can handle.
