Charging a 2019 mini se PHEV

Hi, got a 6 month old Mini Cooper se PHEV, love the car very short range on the battery when fully charged it says 25km but I knew this before I brought it. What I want to know is which level of charge should I use when charging at home and work via a standard wall plug.
there are 3 choices high medium and low. High I know is only for fast charging with special charging units, what I want to know is can I use medium on a standard home plug?
