Cleaning Mass Airflow Sensor?

2464 Views 3 Replies 2 Participants Last post by  mike1967
Does anyone know how to clean the MAF sensor on a gen 3 mini? The sensor itself is encased in a plastic housing and has an inlet for air to pass through. Can I just take a can of MAF cleaner to it and spray the insides down or is that a bad idea? Any suggestions?
