When the cars moving and I "pulse" the throttle I can hear a clunking and squeking noise coming from the front end - Im guessing its something in the area of my drive shafts....

Not normal - what kind of sound issit???
Clucking sound shld only be there when u shut off the engine... like the metal contracting.

Nein, nein....not normal at all. If you have high miles, I am guessing your axle joint(s) are worn. Urgently take put it up on a lift and have a look see.....if in warranty, take to dealer and say "fix please"
A number of things can cause a "clunk"....NONE of them good.
