Cold start noise

When I go to cold start my 2011 Mini Cooper s R55 there is a very loud sucking noise and slight turbo spool. Goes away after a minute or 2. Doesn’t idle rough or anything and doesn’t seem to hurt the car any. Any ideas what’s going on?
