if were me i would ignore the 20k or condition based oil change rubbish and stick to 8k or every 12 months oil changes,, and see main dealers factory etc as its in their interest that the engine dont ;last more than 5 years 80k maybe due to dirty oil,, as dirty oil will do so much damage ,, see it all the time with these silly long services
