Convertible roof problem

Hi I don’t know if I’m posting in the right place but I’m having a real dilemma with my roof, my back windows have gone down and won’t come back up and my roof will only go to sunroof not any further, I have no red flashing light and all fuses and relays seem to be fine..if anybody has any info about this it would be much appreciated as I’m freezing with the windows down ? many thanks
