Hello everyone. New to the Mini world but im loving it so far. Only have a slight ptoblem. I have a 2005 Mini Cooper S manual trans. The car runs fine but randomly the coolant overflows and spills from the reservoir tank. Cames out of the cap. Any ideas? Anything helps. And thanks in adavnce. Oh by the way, I have just owned this baby for a little under a month.

Ok so I replaced the reservoir tank and cap with a new OEM one last night. Was bleeding the system and as i was doing that same thing happened. The coolant started going up and out of the cap.
Ok so here I go again. I rebled the system and still same issue. I check the fans with direct 12v and the low fan doesnt turn on while the high does with direct 12v. If thats the issue what can be causing the low fan not to work? Do i need to replace the fan assembly?
Ok problem has been fixed. Thanks to all your suggestions. I replaced the cooling fan assembly and that fixed my issue. The low speed fan wasnt kicking on
